Sophia Naegeli

Sophia joined Decisive from a multidisciplinary background in healthcare. She graduated from King's College London with a First Class BSc in Global Health & Social Medicine, which provided her with in-depth knowledge in biomedicine as well as health politics, economics and social determinants.

Following her degree she joined a biotech investment bank to strengthen her understanding of financing and entrepreneurship in the pharma sector, complementing her previous experience at a startup biotech venture capital company. Sophia is passionate about improving healthcare and access to medicine across the world.

Recognising that long-term improvements require multi-stakeholder involvement and collaboration, Sophia leverages her multidisciplinary background, problem-solving skills and passion to support impactful projects and drive change.

My favourite time of the day is mealtime; I love both cooking and eating delicious food.
Although my Swiss heritage commands me to go hiking and snowboarding, I am currently much more passionate about the volleyball club I joined.
