Samantha Shannon

Samantha joined Decisive Consulting as Partnerships Manager in October 2023. She brings with her wide ranging experience drawn from a variety of industries, including recruitment, training, tech and professional services, working with clients from across the private, public and third sectors. 

An approachable, proactive and highly professional individual, she is used to building strong, effective relationships and collaborating with teams from all areas of a business to help drive and deliver successful outcomes. 

Focused on efficiency, effectiveness and excellence, she takes huge personal pride in delivering an exceptional service and experience for external and internal stakeholders alike. 

  • Having been born in South Africa and living near the sea most of my life, my happy place is definitely being by the beach and water. I’m lucky enough to live on the UK coast now where there’s plenty of beautiful coastline to enjoy, relaxing on the beach, walking with friends, and trying to improve my paddleboarding skills!

  • I love music and having a good dance whether it’s at a concert, a festival or a night out clubbing.

  • I enjoy yoga - either at Park Yoga in the summer, or at home as it gets chillier!
