Michael Stylianou

Michael joins Decisive Consulting as Director of Operations and Consulting, bringing a wealth of experience in Market Access & Pricing gained across a range of industry roles in big pharma and small biotech at the EMEA and International level.

Bringing a particular specialism in rare disease, ATMPs and Oncology, Michael is experienced in cutting through complexity to help brands realise value and generate evidence-based pricing solutions with negotiation strategies.

Michael holds a MSc in Molecular and Cellular biology and a BSc in Biomedical Science, having developed a strong critical thinking and analytical ability as part of his time in the lab including preclinical research. Michael is an open collaborator, passionate about finding creative solutions to intricate problems and breaking down barriers to patient access.
