Mark joined Decisive in April 2024 bringing with him over 30 years of experience in running effective finance departments and more importantly, has supported them in navigating rapid and healthy growth! His passion for reporting timely and accurate numbers, working alongside and supporting colleagues, and also developing systems and processes will ensure we're ready to make quick and evidence-based decisions for our growing business.

Mark brings inquisitiveness and tenacity to drive positive change, something Mark has done many times in his career. Having previously worked in sectors such as hospitality, food manufacturing and aviation, and with his support and positivity Mark brings a wealth of different styles of working, processes and adaptable skills to Team DC.
