Maria began her Decisive journey in June 2022 and has not looked back since! When joining, she was excited to join such a rapidly growing business, and now, as an established part of the team, she brings a wealth of invaluable industry expertise that is core to the work we now carry out!

Maria has 20+ years of experience in pricing and market access in the pharmaceutical industry; during this time she has held management roles in forecasting and value communications.

I live in NW London with my husband and two children where we speak a lot of Spanglish.
Originally from Spain I came to the UK in 1996 to study International Business Law and make my transition from a qualified lawyer to a professional in the private sector. Never looked back.
I’m passionate about interiors and I qualified two years ago as an Interior Designer with the Interior Design Institute. I can’t stop myself from building and refurbishing.
