Challenge
The newly appointed Head of EMEA setting up European operations commissioned Decisive to develop market access and pricing and commercial assumptions leading to a 5-year forecast.
Approach
We developed and executed a plan for gaining insight from benchmark data and advisors and ran a series of market access advisory board to test assumptions
We developed a 5-year forecast model, integrating emerging insights dynamically to upgrade assumptions on epidemiology, patient flow, competitive assumptions, and uptake
We developed a full situation analysis, culminating in a cross-functional workshop and report which aligned understanding across the team
Result
A 5-year sales forecast, including launch sequence, market access timeline, pricing corridor, and uptake
A situation analysis summarising market dynamics, competitive assumptions, SWOT, and key implications
