Esther founded Decisive Consulting following 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Esther has enjoyed a broad and varied career spanning Market Access & Pricing, Policy, Marketing, and General Management at both domestic and international levels across multiple companies.

Over the course of her career, Esther has led all commercial functions ex-US and enjoys exploring and strengthening the ways that diverse functions can collaborate for success. Esther is best known for her ability to solve complex problems, whether in the context of organizational ways of working or specific external challenges.

Esther is passionate about developing durable capabilities within organizations and catalyzing real change – leaving things better, and ready for what comes next.
