With 25+ years of life science experience with executive roles in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and health-tech, Chris brings to the team a wealth of functional leadership experience in global, regional and country operational and commercial strategy roles including Market Access, Corporate Affairs, BD&L (Buy&Sell) and operations including start-up.

Chris has extensive experience of commercial build-outs and growing business capability from early phase through launch planning, product launch, market development, growth and strategic re-alignment, along with a wide range of business transformation experiences; commercial to clinical, franchise transition, upsizing/restructuring, outsourcing.

Chris specialises in broad therapeutic expertise (pre-clin-patent exp) and (rare disease - primary care) encompassing aspects such as indication/portfolio prioritisation, market potential assessments and full resource planning. His key areas of focus are portfolio planning, launch, strategy and planning, market access and change management.

His leadership experience includes building and leading cross functional and multi country teams, managing P&L, developing brand strategy, brand planning, competitive strategy, forecasting model development, omnichannel strategy from large multinational companies to small resource constrained start-ups.
