Carmen returned to Decisive in January 2024 as Innovation Manager.

Carmen has a MBA and a Masters in Business Analytics with Distinction in New York. She brings with her experience in long-term growth strategies and business action plans, honed as part of her fast progression to leadership in the Sales and Marketing function at IKEA, Switzerland. Carmen utilises her experience in product launches, forecasting and project management to enhance the development of our virtual market access and communications team offerings.
