Amanda joins Decisive Consulting with 12+ years of experience working in Business Operations, People Operations, and Project Management across a variety of industries (SaaS, Telecom, Recruitment, Franchise Development, and more).

Amanda has experience with rapidly growing companies focusing on revenue growth, service delivery, business operational excellence and most recently, project management on a Merger and Acquisition of a SaaS organization on a global scale which included North America, Ireland, UK, Germany & India (encompassing people, product and clients).

Amanda has a proven track record of developing and implementing unique and out of the box systems and processes that are scalable. Amanda is a strategic thinker who naturally collaborates with internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment, leading to successful outcomes.

I enjoy keeping active and meeting new people through team sports. I am currently learning Rugby and Cricket, playing for my local clubs.
I have a young family and we enjoy outdoor adventures, exploring parks, lakes and wildlife around us. There is nothing better than experiencing the world through the eyes of a toddler!
