Challenge
Decisive was commissioned to design and run an Interactive Simulation for the UK Team across multiple specialisms
The core learning objective was to strengthen understanding of the unique contribution of each function could bring to an overall programme and to focus on the “how” of decision making as well as the “what”.
Approach
We designed a fictional pharmaceutical brand in a topical area and simulated the moment where a global team might hand over core value plans to an affiliate
Teams were provided with core information, are search budget, and a tight timeline for delivery
We brought in external experts across a range of dimensions that teams could interview, and research reports that they could purchase to inform their plans
Result
The simulation event was a tremendous success with all 30 participants rating it highly and valuing both the exercise itself and the novel approach. The focus on both the substance and skill of decision-making was valued by all.
